Terms and Conditions
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
This proposal includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at the agreed hourly rate.
Either party may cancel this agreement with 14 days written notice. Work completed to date will be invoiced.
All intellectual property created during this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during this engagement.
Total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid for the services described herein.
Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or pandemic.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if unresolved.
During the term and for 12 months after, neither party shall solicit or hire the other party's employees or contractors.
Both parties shall comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Personal data will be processed only as necessary for this engagement.
